Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor

Experience

I currently hold both an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license and an LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) license. I also carry two specialized certifications: Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) and Grief-Informed Professional (CGP).

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient programs and correctional environments, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. My primary focus is working with clients who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, substance use, and existential issues.

In therapy, my approach is grounded in authentic, meaningful conversation. It’s not surface-level talk, but focused exploration of what’s truly holding you back from progress. I often integrate philosophy and deeper reflection to help uncover purpose, authenticity, and self-understanding. You guide the journey, and I’m here to help navigate the roadblocks.

During our first session, you can expect to gain greater clarity around your strengths and needs, whether mental, physical, or spiritual. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, setting goals, and making meaningful, lasting progress.
